The Rover 105 was introduced in 1957 as a twin-carburettor version of the Rover 90. The 105S had a conventional synchromesh gearbox, while the 105R was fitted with a 'Rovermatic' automatic gearbox. This had a fluid flywheel, vacuum clutch and two forward gears plus overdrive. The 105R was not a great success and was dropped in 1959.

The Morestone/Budgie model remained in production for considerably longer! It has mid green paintwork with silver trim and black base. The wheels are grey metal on crimped axles.

This example is fair-to-good condition, with light paint chipping and rusty axles.
