Corgi 190 Lotus F1 John Player Special

Ref: 35870

Excellent. Box Good

Price: 45.00

This is a model of the Lotus 72 in which Emerson Fittipaldi won the 1972 World F1 Championship. It marked a departure for Corgi as it was the first model to be released in the large 1:18 scale. Only one other was produced, the F1 McLaren in 1975.

The model features the distinctive JPS livery of gold lettering, logos, racing numbers and pinstriping on a black background, the only 'colour' items being the union flags on each side. The engine, suspension and exhaust are silver plated. The windscreen is amber tinted, and the cockpit features a driver figure. The wheels have gold centres and racing slicks, and are removable by means of unscrewing the centre nut with the wheel brace supplied.

In excellent condition, complete with wheel brace and two spare wheel nuts. The box has some wear around the flaps.
