A fine model of an imposing car! This exact scale replica has the usual Franklin Mint attention to detail, with the many chrome plated parts reflecting the opulence of the real car. The bodywork is finished in silver and the interior is dark green with white front floor and brown mat in the rear. All the controls are reproduced accurately, and turning the 'wood' rimmed steering wheel operates the front wheels. The model features opening doors and also an opening bonnet, each side with double miniature piano hinges. The engine, transmission, chassis and exhaust are of course accurately modelled.
Exterior detail includes 'glazed' lights, starting handle, horn and 'AX 201' number plates. The two rear doors open, as does the front passenger door. The running boards have opening tool box lids, and there is a spare wheel on the driver's side.
The model comes with certificate of authenticity, historical notes, data sheet, instruction sheet and tag. Please note however that the original expanded polystyrene packaging is NOT included.
