This experimental 6-wheeled formula 1 racing car was built in 1976, based on the conventional March 761. It was tested during 1977 but the concept was not developed, although in 1979 a version was built using a March 771 chassis and used in hill climb events.

The Scalextric model is in blue and white March livery with racing number 10, and with silver engine and gearbox. The forwardmost rear axle is driven, while the rear one is mounted on drop arms.

This example is generally very good, but has lost the blue plastic airbox from behind the driver. It runs well, but would benefit from some new pickup braids.
