This was one of a range of kits based on the existing range of Airfix 1:32 production car kits, but with the addition of a motor, chassis and other components to build a slot car with Ackerman steering. In red plastic.
This kit has been assembled, and is in working order. There are polystyrene cement marks on the windows and elsewhere, a mark on the roof, and traces of blue paint mainly on the underside. The body is loose on the chassis, but could be glued into place if required.
Note that this model is designed to run on Airfix track, which has wider conductor rail spacing and a deeper slot than Scalextric.
