This Ford Consul was the first model in the Corgi Toys range. This example is in fawn with silver grille, bumpers and headlights. It has clear windows and a gloss black tinplate base. The wheels have flat spun hubs and black tyres.
In good-to-excellent condition. There is some rubbing to raised body lines, a couple of small nicks on the roof and boot lid, and a small splash of brown paint on the windscreen. Some silver superdetailing has been applied to the door handles etc. The axles are rust-free and the tyres are generally good although there is a small crack in one of the front ones.
