This 3-axle trailer is from Corgi GS21 Chipperfields Circus Set, which originally would also have included a Scammell crane truck and an elephant in a crate.
In red and light blue Chipperfields livery, this trailer has an articulated front axle and plastic draw bar. The cages contain, respectively, a lion and lioness, bear and cub, and two tigers. Each cage has a sliding door, a lifting eye, printed card inner lining, and 'CHIPPERFIELD'S CIRCUS MENAGERIE' label on one side.
In good-to-excellent condition. There is some pain loss from the raised rails on the load bed, but this is not visible with the cages in place. The animals are still in their clear plastic protective bubbles.
This trailer would be ideal to tow behind the 1144 Scammell Handyman MKIII crane truck.
