Tan cab and chassis with silver grille, headlights and bumper. Mid green rear body, with black 'DINKY SERVICE' lettering on the sides Black tinplate base. This is an early version with red metal wheel hubs and treaded tyres. The crane hook can be wound up and down by turning the handle at the side.
This is a good-to-excellent example with some paint loss from the jib and very light paint chipping on the corners of the cab roof, front wings and the edge of the rear body. The hook and cord appear to be original and the lettering is clear and undamaged. The tyres are excellent and the axles and base are rust-free, although there is some light rust on the winding handle.
