This large scale tinplate model has a 'Big Bedford' S type cab, and an operating recovery crane. Finished in cream and red with a black base, with 'MINIC GARAGES' in red on the rear body sides. Silver tinplate radiator grille, bumper and headlight surrounds, and 'glazed' headlights. The crane jib can be raised and lowered by turning a thumbwheel, and the hook is wound up and down via a geared handle on the side. The rear deck also featured a black toolchest with opening lid, and a working electric spotlight, powered by a battery mounted under the rear. The rear axle is driven by a powerful push-and-go motor. Unpainted metal wheels with black rubber tyres, double at the rear.
