This model is designed to complement the 1121 Chipperfields Crane Truck, with which it forms Gift Set 12. Red body and yellow chassis, red metal 2-part opening sides revealing unpainted metal bars. 'CHIPPERFIELDS' raised lettering on the other side. The sliding end doors and central divider are in blue plastic and the roof lights are amber tinted. The front wheels swivel and all wheels have suspension. The drawbar is in red plastic, and there is a tow hook at the rear so that further trailers can be added!
In good played-with condition, with light paint chipping around the edges. The tyres appear original and are in good condition too, although hardened with age. There are no animals included; it would originally have been supplied with two polar bears and a 'POLAR BEARS' decal, and explained in the note inside the box, which also contains a Corgi Model Club leaflet. The box itself has suffered water damage, with two split corners in the bottom part and three in the lid, one end of which is badly mutilated.
