Metallic dark red with cream interior. Opening bonnet reveals chrome plated engine. The doors open and the front seats slide. 'Mini Marcos' side decals and 'glass' headlamps. This model features Corgi 'Golden Jacks' with take-off wheels. A little lever is located on the underside of the vehicle next to each wheel. When flipped down, the level supports the car and allows the wheel to be removed. Several Corgi cars were fitted with this feature in the late 1960s, but it was quickly withdrawn when Whizzwheels were introduced.
This example has a scratch on the roof and a chip on the front .'bumper', but is otherwise mint. The box has a partial tear in one flap hinge, and the window is torn. A price of 7/11 (seven shillings and elevenpence) is written on one end.
