This one is a bit of a mystery; it is assumed to be repaint, as it is a 'milk chocolate' brown with matching tinplate tilt, which is not a standard colour scheme, although there is no sign of repainting. The type 4 chassis is black, and may be in its original paint finish. To further compound the mystery, the red ridged wheels and white tyres all appear original, although I have never seen that wheel and tyre combination on this model. The cast radiator/headlights is in very good shape, and may well be a modern replacement part. And finally, the tilt has 'LMS EXPRESS PARCELS TRAFFIC' decals on the sides, although the brown paintwork is more suggestive of GWR than LMS, which had a maroon and black livery.
Overall condition is fair-to-good; there is some paint loss on one corner of the cab roof, and some chipping on the mudguards, wheels and body edges. The tilt is slightly bent on top, where there is also an apparent paint run. The tyres are discoloured and have flat spots.
That's all I know!
