Dark blue with white roof and silver bumpers, grille and headlights. Mottled black tinplate base. 'British Overseas Airways Corporation' on the sides of the roof in dark blue lettering. 'B.O.A.C.' and logo on the sides in yellow. With mid blue cast ridged hubs, this is a pre-1960 issue with smooth black tyres.
In good played-with condition, although the lettering on the roof has largely rubbed off. One of the tyres has a slight flat spot; the axles are rust-free. The box is in poor condition, having lost one end flap and one inner flap.
