Red, silver metal spreader mechanism and 'Massey-Harris' on the sides in yellow. The spreader mechanism is operated by a belt-and-pulley system as the model is pulled along. The belt is a continuous coil spring. This is the first version of the 321 model. with cast metal wheels with yellow centres and unpainted 'tyres'. It was originally sold as catalogue number 27c, and was renumbered to 321 in 1954. It has a drive 'belt' in the form of a long metal spring, which drives the spreader mechanism as the model is pulled along.
This one is in lovely condition, very very near mint. The box is complete, but has suffered light creasing/crushing, A price of 4/- (four shillings) is written in pencil on one end.
