Red, with silver metal spreader mechanism and 'Massey-Harris' on the sides in yellow. The spreader mechanism is operated by a belt-and-pulley system as the model is pulled along. The belt is a continuous coil spring. This is the first version of the 321 model. with cast metal wheels with yellow centres and unpainted 'tyres'. It was originally sold as catalogue number 27c, and was renumbered to 321 in 1954. It has a drive 'belt' in the form of a long metal spring, which drives the spreader mechanism as the model is pulled along.
In excellent condition with bright paintwork. There are a few small chips on the top edges of the body and around the towing eye. The box is complete, and has only slight age wear. A price of 4/3 (four shillings and threepence) is written in pencil on one end.
