This 4-axle lorry has a violet-blue cab and chassis and an orange flatbed with tailboard. The type 2 cab has silver bumper, grille and headlights. '20' plate on the rear mudguard. This example has 'tank slits' in the chassis (for mounting the tinplate tank in the 14-ton Tanker version), and the flatbed has chain post bosses cast underneath, along with model number 903. The ridged Supertoys wheels are mid blue with black treaded tyres.
A very nice example with bright paintwork. There are a few small paint chips in the middle of the load bed, and a little corrosion on the baseplate and spare wheel holder. In comes in a striped lidded 'DINKY TOYS' box which is dual numbered; this model was renumbered from 503 to 903 in 1954. It is in excellent condition with no splits or tears.
