This is a classic Dinky! Dark blue Foden 'FG' type 2 cab and chassis with silver grille, headlights and bumper, and tinplate base. Red, white and blue tank with black filler caps, tinplate ladder and walkway. 'REGENT' on the sides of the tank in gold with black outline. 'Regent' emblem on the rear in red, white, blue and black. At the rear is a spare wheel and tow hook, and a '20' speed limit sign on one rear mudguard. Red metal 'Supertoy' wheels with black treaded tyres.
This example is good-to-excellent. There are some small chips on the cab and the edges of the mudguards, and some rubbing to the stripes and lettering. The top of the tank is slightly indented under the rearmost walkway support. The tyres are excellent and the axles rust free. The model comes in its original lidded 'DINKY SUPERTOYS' box, which is generally good but has some writing on one side.
